These terms govern your use of achaaryam.com and everything on it — the Astromall store, the free panchang and kundli tools, and, when they launch, astrologer consultations. Placing an order or using the site means you accept them.
The service
Achaaryam sells spiritual and astrological products (rudraksha, gemstones, malas, yantras and puja samagri) and publishes astrological content and tools. Panchang and kundli results are computed from astronomical positions; they are offered as traditional guidance, not as professional advice of any kind.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you place it. We may decline or cancel an order — for stock, pricing errors or delivery constraints — and will refund anything already paid.
- Discounts and coupons are validated at checkout on our servers; the price shown at confirmation is the price that applies.
Your account
Keep your login credentials to yourself; activity under your account is treated as yours. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Intellectual property
The Achaaryam name, logo, content and software are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Indian consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
