This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never keep.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email and password (stored hashed) when you register.
- Order details — the items you buy, delivery address and phone number, kept for despatch, support and legal record-keeping.
- Payments — handled by our payment gateway. Card and UPI details go to them directly; we never see or store them.
- Free kundli details — the birth date, time and place you enter (and your name, gender and mobile number if you choose to give them) are stored so our astrologers can prepare readings, and so we can offer you a free callback if you leave a number. Write to contact@achaaryam.com any time to have them deleted.
What we do not keep
Your cart and wishlist live in your own browser until you place an order.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the store — the payment gateway and delivery partners — and when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Write to contact@achaaryam.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
