Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order before it is despatched — from your account's order history or by writing to contact@achaaryam.com with the order number (it looks like ACH-2608-00001). Anything already paid is refunded in full.
Returns
- Unused items in their original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Energised or personalised items — a yantra consecrated for you, a mala strung to order — cannot be returned, and are marked as such before you buy.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we arrange replacement or refund, shipping on us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Puja and consultation bookings
A booked puja can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before its muhurat. Within 24 hours the booking is confirmed with the pandit and can no longer be refunded.
