Questions about consultations
A phone consultation suits longer questions and anyone who would rather talk than type. Share your birth details once, choose your astrologer, and pay per minute after your free first consultation.
Is the first chat really free?
Yes. Your first consultation costs nothing. Sign in, share your birth details and your question, and an astrologer connects with you.
How do I start?
Tap Chat or Call on any astrologer, or Ask an astrologer at the top of the page. Sign in with your mobile number or email, fill in your birth details and send your request.
How am I charged after the free chat?
Each astrologer's per-minute rate is shown on their card. You pay only for the minutes you use. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Are my details private?
Yes. Your birth details and conversation are shared only with the astrologer you consult and are never sold or shown publicly.
